I think it's time for a lil update since I'm a lazy bum when it comes to updating my blog.

Bowling in Division 2, Västra Götaland, has been fairly fun though I miss the fun times with IFK Gothenburg and IK Sterling. Since I kinda lost interest for a while it felt better to go back to my old club Fellows/Fässberg and take it easy for a year.

I did get one new bowling ball, the Elite Shark. I must say that it's one helluva ball. It hits harder than any of my other balls and it's comforting to have something that hooks no matter how wet the lanes are. Yesterdays league match lane conditions proved to be pretty good for the shark. I scored 915 on 4 series (192, 231, 237, 255), as is the standard format of our leagues (we don't bowl 15 frames like the amish do) :D

The 231 game was all strikes and splits :P No spares whatsoever..

Now, a short summary of the Elite Shark: I have a very hard, high rev throw and this ball suits my needs perfectly. The two things that this ball needs are speed and revs. If you have a limp throw then you won't get much out of this ball. Rev it alot and you have yourself a good friend ;) The ball description says the usage is for "Extreme oil" and that is a pretty accurate description. Stay tuned for a video clip :)

It felt very rusty to get back out on the lanes after a 5 month pause.

1111 on 5 games during practise and a 207 average in Korpen in Strike&co Gothenburg was ok considering the lack of practise..
